Return and Exchanges policy
Return Policy:
- We only accept returns if there is an issue with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, we only offer store credit for all returns.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All shipping costs involved with returned item(s) are covered by the customer.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return as a store credit and you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please read the return/exchange requirements below, we reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet the conditions.
- Your store credit will remain valid for 12 months, from the date you receive the email confirmation, to purchase any other Heritage Gents item(s).
- We recommend using tracked shipping or requesting proof of postage receipt, as we cannot process lost returns.
Exchange Policy:
- We offer a free exchange for all regular-priced items, if the size ordered doesn't fit correctly.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All shipping costs involved with exchanged item(s) are covered by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Return/Exchange Requirements:
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and free from stains (e.g., dirt, spray tan, pet hair).
- All original packaging and tags must be intact for a return/exchange to be accepted.
How to Return an Item:
- Email us at info@heritagegentswear.com with your order number to start the return process.
- We will provide instructions to return the item.
- Once your return is received, allow 3-5 business days for processing.
- You will receive your store credit, which will remain valid for 12 months. Please note: store credit does not include any shipping fees from your original purchase.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at info@heritagegentswear.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item (including the defect and full product shot)
Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Please note: Items that show signs of wear, stains, odours, pet hair or spray tan cannot be classified as damaged.
